According to Khan, "I’ve always been skinny, one of those hyper-metabolic individuals whose bodies seem to effortlessly burn through calories."
Imran Khan, an ex-actor, maintains active social media accounts where he interacts with his followers and discusses his experiences in the film industry. Because of his naturally slender body, Khan admitted in a recent Instagram post that he used steroids in his quest to bulk up.
Khan wrote openly about his weight and body image in a post that included images of him without his shirt, saying, "I've always been skinny, one of those hyper-metabolic individuals whose bodies seem to effortlessly burn through calories." When he was in his late teens and saw his peers going to the gym to bulk up, he joked that he had a "terrible affliction."
Khan faced pressure to bulk up for his 2008 debut feature, Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, even though his character didn't require it. Therefore, he had to dress in layers to make up for his figure.
With his next picture, 'Kidnap,' Khan began his journey into bodybuilding by regularly visiting the gym. Bodybuilding and maintenance evolved into a personal preference throughout time. He felt insecure despite his regular exercises since directors kept telling him he needed to "bulk up" before filming.

Start out light: It is essential to start your workouts off slowly, especially if you are new to the process of growing muscle. To determine how your body reacts to exercise, you should start by using lower weights and performing a reasonable amount of repetitions. You can gradually raise the weights and the number of repetitions as you become more comfortable with the exercise.

Rest in between sets: When you are trying to achieve certain fitness goals, the temptation to perform each workout at your absolute maximum level is always present. Stay hydrated:The body's natural way of controlling its temperature is through a process called sweat, which is triggered by physical exertion. However, this results in a loss of fluid, thus it is essential to maintain an adequate level of hydration. Water consumption not only protects against dehydration but also contributes to the regulation of body temperature, hence reducing the risk of overheating.
Don’t overdo it: When trying to get rid of stubborn fat, it's easy to fall into the trap of overdoing your workouts, which is a common mistake. On the other hand, rest days are as important for any kind of fitness routine, and you should never neglect them.
Don’t forget to stretch: Remember to schedule some time for stretching at the end of each of your workouts. Stretching is vital for preserving muscle flexibility, avoiding discomfort, and facilitating a speedier recovery, all of which can be achieved with regular stretching. If you skip your post-workout stretching routine, you may find that your muscles are more sore the next day, which could postpone your return to the gym.
